Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy All coaching sessions must be booked in advance through our online scheduling system. Full payment is required to confirm your session. Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy You are welcome to reschedule your session directly through the booking system up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Rescheduling (before 24 hours): Clients can reschedule their session at no cost if done more than 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling (within 24 hours): If you need to reschedule within 24 hours of your session, please notify me directly. A $50 fee will apply for late rescheduling. Late Cancellations (within 24 hours): Cancellations made within 24 hours of your session will incur a $50 fee. No-Shows: If you do not attend your session without notice, the full session fee will be charged, and no refund or rescheduling will be offered.
